Fourth in the Catherine Patterson Mystery series. Catherine is delighted when her chambres d'hôtes has an influx of 'gastro tourists' attracted by the local Michelin starred restaurant, only to discover some unscrupulous dealings have been going on. Meanwhile her gîte guests get more than they bargained for when a 'murder mystery' scenario, set up for their enjoyment, goes seriously wrong. Catherine soon becomes deeply entangled in circumstances which can't be resolved without the aid of Inspector Maupetit - and he's not best pleased at her interference!
