Ten year old boy Chasi born in the capital of Zimbabwe, loses his mother (a music icon) in a car accident. His mother's older sister aunt Ru also loses her husband in the same accident. Chasi is left in the care of aunt Ru when his father leaves him a few days after the funeral. Grief-stricken, Chasi and aunt Ru move to an elite and friendly neighbourhood in a small town. Through his life, Chasi gets to know more about his late musician mother and his father through different circumstances. Chasi's journey is about life, music and its impact, diversity, family, growth, love, friendship, coping with loss/distress and dealing with different situations.
