This small 5.5" x 8.5" notebook is ideal for nursing students, new graduate nurses, or nurses transitioning to a new inpatient ward to carry in their scrub pockets or in a clipboard. The notebook features a two-page format per patient and prompts the basics of HIPAA-compliant information, assessments, vitals, and labs with a place to identify scheduled medication times, times to turn patients, times to offer the toilet to patients, and other scheduled interventions.
