Sheila the Curious Sheep Nansy Phleger

A little lamb in Woodbridge, Tasmania, regularly scrambles under her fence on her knees to go 'walkabout' on the rural dirt road, seeing the views and meeting various animals that are all new to her. She asks questions of birds and goats to learn who they are and what they do, and makes friends with Lady the horse and Diesel the Aussie Blue Healer. Diesel makes sure Sheila gets under the fence in time to dodge the trucks driving up and down the dirt road. Farmer Brown is not happy repairing the holes in the fence, but Sheila continues her daily walkabouts to visit her friends despite his frustration.
