Two small children are having a tea party in their tree house when a small cloud named Sydney crashes their fun. He is hunting for his large and nearsighted Uncle Fergus who has left home without his glasses. When this happens only big trouble can follow as he blunders around the landscape running into things. Riding on Sydney's back they hunt for his fearsome uncle and discover chaos wherever he's been. But their biggest surprise happens when Uncle Fergus is finally found.
