Dyslexics Geniuses Who Cannot Read
Carl a Anthony DeFelice
I am writing this series to correct a wrong and proclaim a rightful place in history of the geniuses that are called dyslexics. Their struggle to survive the shame and stigma of illiteracy, through no fault of their own, but to have inherited a DNA gene. As I reach the age of 79 I don't want my story to be lost. It was a fantastic life and I would like it to remain in immortality. When I taught myself to read at age 65 I had accomplished my greatest achievement. To teach myself to write was the next realization to make my life a triumph. To think a kid from South Philadelphia, who couldn't read, was able to epitomize a celebrity style existence. Only in the last ten years did I discover that my dyslexia was a blessing for me; like so many of the dyslexics listed on the inside back cover. Entrepreneurship was a snap; I hired others to read for me. My brain was continually inventing new innovations. Reinventing myself again and again many times over. Telling the most intriguing stories about my life was fundamental to who I was. Over the years I was told how entertaining and unique my stories were: People would say'... "Carl! You Should Write A Book"I dedicate this first series to them And I promise to tell my readers the God's honest truth that what I have written is a testament to the person I am. Furthermore, I would not defile this fantastic life I am about to reveal. I tell it from my heart. A true adventure story
