Harbinger Asylum is Houston's leading independent poetry and arts journal. Houston, Texas has one of the oldest creative writing department in the United States which can brag of writers such as Tony Hoagland, Kevin Prufer, and Anis Shivani. Harbinger Asylum collects writers from all over world into its compact 70-80 pages of poetic license.
