One day, a mission kills two other agents that Violet knows she could have protected. Her dedication to the Psychologist snaps on the anniversary. She chooses to desert Pawn despite knowing they'll come after her. Violet discovers things in the outside world are more different than she expected. Her dog has aged ten years. Strangers are acting like they know more than what they share and she can't stop herself from bonding with them. Following the murder of the one who predicted the fall of Pawn Corporation, Violet is forced to return to the home of her worst nightmares. As the prophesy comes true, Violet's supernatural abilities are challenged and she's forced to put her trust in the hands of strangers.
