The City of Rain is the first book in The Distant Moons Short Story collection by Adair Broughton. These stories are all based in the City of Rain. There are eleven stories in this first anthology and are all character centred dystopian tales of disparate lives, of changing conditions and of people who are generally at a pivotal moment of change in their lives.
