About the Author

Preston A Goings was born in Renton, Washington and raised in Peoria, Illinois. When Preston was young, he would always draw things and write inside his journal. Preston did an acting role in the movie, "The Alliance". He also worked as a script supervisor on production set for the movie entitled "Hooked" .

Preston received his Associate of Applied Science degree and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration on management from Robert Morris University. Preston continued his education at Seattle Film Institute getting his Masters of Fine Arts degree in Filmmaking and Producing. However, Preston couldn't finish the program due to financial issues. Fortunately, whenever he is in doubt, he will say to himself; "I wonder if it's possible to overcome." Preston has big hopes and dreams that one day his series novel, "Zeta's Rod of Oath: The Backstory", his comic book series "Zeta's Rod of Oath" and his book "The Death Complexion" will be an actual feature length film, and one day he will be the one to direct it.

Preston Goings is the author and the story creator of the comic book, "Zeta's Rod of Oath: The Mad Engineer". Preston teamed up with Michel Fortin and together they completed their first comic book, "Zeta's Rod of Oath: The Mad Engineer", and the second comic, "Zeta's Rod of Oath: The Chosen One" all in a series. Preston also finished a novel about the backstory of the series Zeta's Rod of Oath. The name of the novel is called, "Zeta's Rod of Oath: The Backstory", which is for sale on Amazon.com.
