How any why effective HRD can influence organizational efficiency? HRD is administrative activities with HR planning, recruitment, selection, training, appraisal, motivation, reward strategic focuses on employees. So employees are any organization's assets. It assumes that when the organization's employees ( assets) can be trained effectively. Then, the assets ( employees) efficiencies will raise in long term. HRM designs the effective activities to be arranged to provide to every employee individual task and coordinates, all human element within the organizations. When, every employee individual effort can be attributed to the most maximum . Then, it assumes the organizational overall efficiency will be raised. So, effective training is one suggestive method aims to raise employee individual effort level to the maximum. Then, the organization's overall efficiency will be raised in possible. However, HRD of training needs to be spent much money to invest in large size organizatons. Although, large size organizations, e.g. IBM computer firs, its training provides to spend much expenditure to train computer programming staffs to teach them how to create different new softwares in order to raise its competitive effort, it is long time investment value to its computer programming staffs because it is possible that it can upgrade its computer programming staffs' creative programming skills to be invented any new kinds of software products or designing new kinds of computers to sell. Hence, IBM 's HRD in training function has difficult evaluation its future human element of programming staffs' worth in long term. When, its programming staffs' skills can be upgraded to create special software products. Then, its overall staffs' efficient performance will also be raised because their software creative skills have been improved, due to effective training provision. Effective training can solve the challenges of lack of skilled labour, heavy competition among firms, technological problems, low productivity and poor product implementation when placing a serious limitation on product expansion and increase in productivity. So, effective training needs have these characteristics: The trainer needs have good teaching skills or methods to raise employss individual creative effort, the training's content must need useful to satisfy the trainees' task need. So, the HRD's factors, such as organizational culture, job satisfactin, training and development and stress will have close relationship to influence the organization's overall employee productive performance or efficiency to be raised. For IBM computer example, it's organizational culture is that encouraging different department computer professionals create themselve software designing effort, providing effective training courses to raise their software designing creative effort in order to raise efficiency to achieve how to create new softwares in short time efficiently. Then, their job satisfaction may be increased, due to they feel that their software creative efforts and writing programming skillsa re raised or improved. Their stress will be also reduced, due to they do not need to worry about when they can create any new kinds of softwares or computer engineering systems to be invented to sell. So, if the IBM's HRD 's training function is one effective training course, it can assist IBM's programmers to raise their software and hardware creative effort to achieve raising IBM organization's overall productive performance and every software and hardware employee individual efficiency is also raised in possible.
