Cleaning Out My Closet, My Road from Self-Discovery to Emotional Healing is a book of essays. I wrote these essays as a way of me dealing with my chronic general anxiety and PTSD mental disorders to get to re-discover myself so that I could free myself from the chains that were holding me down. These essays were not written in any particular order, nor they represent all the challenges that I have encountered throughout my life. These are just a few pieces that represent some significant events in my life that, in one way or another, contributed to me being the woman I am today. I hope you guys enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
