Hunter Simms is an Ivy League graduate who is a magnet for bad jobs, corrupt bosses, and seedy coworkers. In this third and final series, Hunter has a roommate and thinks he is "spontaneous". In order to pay for the new car he has bought, his "golden chariot", he lands a job through a temp agency. One day, he is forced to make a decision between his work duties and the livelihood of his car-and, feeling pressured, commits a faux pas that turns into a monster, "an autonomous beast of exponential growth with a life of its own"-during one of the worst times in human history, the economic recession of 2008.
