A prison break at the Chronos Panopticon sets free a number of prisoner's from Alistair's rogues gallery, including his arch nemesis: Delgado. The final constable is located but in rescuing her, Alistair has to face the sacrifice of someone he loves more than anything. The Chrono Constabulary comes under attack from an evil army, the secret of the White Knights gets out, the Time Traveler's Ball claims new patrons and Alistair is put to the test by none other than the Ninja High Council.
