A blood moon occurs when the sun, the moon, and the earth are all in perfect alignment. Being properly aligned with yourself and with the forces of nature is key to arriving at enlightenment, paradise, heaven, or whatever your divine place is called. Using the sun, moon, and earth as metaphors for feminine, masculine, and ambiguous energy respectively "red moon" explores these different concepts and pulls them all together to physically and metaphorically give the reader a sense of alignment.
