Here is a collection of short quotes attributed to Jesus of Nazareth followed by direct passages from the Bible of some important events in his life. Sermon on the Mount, parable of the mustard seed, resurrection of Lazarus, from the last supper, on the cross, resurrection of Jesus, and his ascension. This is a small portion of the material written on Jesus in the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Anyway, my goal here is to provide an introduction to the wisdom of Jesus. This book is 8000 words and it could easily be 80,000 to comprehensively cover his words of wisdom. After all, his words are the basis for one of the world's great religions, Christianity.
