From salesman, to paramedic, to police officer, to husband and Dad. His life spiraled upward and he took his new family with him. Now Joe has more happy moments to share with you. He has resigned the police department in St Roberts and moved to Missouri to face new decisions. His career, family and even NFP have more changes ahead of them. School, family mysteries, searching and hopefully finding are the order of the day. The girls finish high school and join a sorority at Missouri State. Along the way, more children come into the Ballard home and Joe claims two more men as his 'brothers'. The family continues to grow in many ways.
