In college, he began to discern a soul-deep calling to ministry, and was given an opportunity to get his feet wet in small local churches at a young age. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity from Logsdon Seminary. He has served for nearly a decade in churches in Texas. He currently resides in Italy, Texas with his wife where he serves at the Central Baptist Church.
