Johnson, a vice president of the Klingberg Family Centers, has both personal and professional ties to the Klingberg Children's Home. In addition to working at the agency for more than twenty-five years, he grew up nearby and knew many of the children at the Klingberg Children's Home. His grandparents worked at the home in the 1920s, and his family has been connected with the organization for decades. The author will donate all royalties from the sale of this book to the Klingberg Family Centers.
