He specializes in employment law and complex civil litigation and has been involved in many jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law, In 1963, he was admitted to practice before the Colorado Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. In 1964 he was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and in 1972 was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He practices law in Denver, Colorado and lives with his wife, Amy, children and grandchildren, in Israel.
