D. I. Ray Weston investigates a serial killers' unspeakable revenge on a number of desperate women who gave their services to a coercive smuggler. A suspicious family car is left outside the police station displaying a photo of one of the women on the passenger window. Body parts are discovered on a busy platform at a nearby train station.
