A young writer is given photos and mementos of the sisters and suddenly finds herself propelled back in time to the Forties and finds an interesting parallel in her own life span where she finds love in the past days before World War II; Big Band Era, Jimmy Stewart and Paulette Goddard in Pot'O Gold before the War breaks out finds writer Kate in the past with her lover Bradford St. John. Kate meets the Wood Sisters through finding literally thousands of photos given to her by an ailing aged Lee, husband of Gloria Wood. Where the Woods Were will bring you back to the good ol' days when things seemed simple but were just running parellel.
