Horace had started hearing voices. But, out of all the potential problems that comes when one hears voices, there was one that particularly alarmed Horace's wife: he liked listening to them. They told wonderful stories...the kind of stories he could only dream of telling. Horace could not see the issue his wife had with his new friends. To him, that was what they were: friends. To his wife- and to everyone else- they were simply products of nothingness.
