Part travel journal and part historical log, Dòwòti Désir's color images and provocative writing take readers to the haunted places they dare not go but have to, if our societies are to repair themselves. This multi-disciplinary work is needed by all students of history. Including the histories of art, architecture, urban design, human rights, human geography, and Africana Studies.
