Ryker gets a mysterious package, a hand-made gold-beaked mask and an oil-stained invitation for a Masquerade Ball in Monaco, two weeks hence. Ryker decides to throw caution to the wind and go. Who wants him there, and why, and what is Tiara's involvement in all this?
