Hodges City is a large, expansive city with a well-run policing system thrown into anarchy by a murder and a catastrophic explosion.

Now, Hodges City's Police force, run by Sergeant Terry Cunningham, is at threat as several bodies begin turning up in what appears to be a sick game.

With nowhere to turn and murders pilling up, Cunningham gets contacted by an Officer in another district to come on board and help out after discovering similar murders had occurred in her district's past.



Officer Stacy Hodges: A woman with an unsettling past connected to Hodges City who feels the only way to stop the killings is to bring her resources to Terry Cunningham and fight to bring an end to the war that seems to be battling with the city's police force.
