'Crime of Pension' definitivelyanswers the age-old question, 'Does Crime Really Pay?'. What do you do when youare a career criminal and find you have been captured not only by the laws ofman but also by the laws of nature? Our characters find themselves nearingrelease from prison and facing the reality of aging crooks' uncertain futures. They have typically not participated in retirement programs, they have not evencontributed to Social Security. Suppose they could figure out a way to commitone more score, big enough to retire on, and do it while still in prison. Thisis a no lose proposition for our lovable crooks. Make it happen and they havetheir retirement; get busted and, well, life in prison is a kind of retirementwith free room and board forever. This would certainly be called a 'Crime ofPension'! This premise and a diverse group of delightful characters begin thecrime with plots and subplots growing within an increasingly funny set ofcircumstances. Throw in a vindictive antagonist who plagues these imaginativecrooks and soon you will begin to cheer for our crew and see the emergence of asuccessful retirement.
