"The Purple Polka Dot Kitty" was written to entertain the imaginative minds of our children and with the intension of expressing a love for one another. There is a subtle attempt to encourage youngsters to be aware of the effect that their behavior may have on the feelings of others and a message of living in forgiveness. There is a solution offered, that when and if we are in need of help, aid may come to us from some of the most unexpected sources if we are willing to reach out for it.
