The seven spiritual truths contained herein, are common threads that run through the fabric of most religions and belief systems. They are the truths that unite all of us and end our separation and discord. These truths have helped me better organize, and be at peace, with my life in all areas including my thoughts, emotions, relationships, career, money, and health. This workbook is designed to either be used privately, in your own spiritual journey, or to be used in a spiritual growth group setting. The questions at the end of each chapter can help each individual to personalize the information and/or promote discussion in a group.
