It is from the Native American part of her ancestry that she inherited her lactose intolerance that gave impetus for her lifelong study of how the food we eat causes the diseases we get. She is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist as a Histology Technician. Ms. LeDoux has extensive experience in Histology laboratory work at Texas Tech University, St. Mary's Hospital and West Texas Hospital in Lubbock, Texas.
