Dreams Happen is about a young girl by the name of Tara Heart, who has been praying for a dream that she hopes would one day come true. Tara's dream was to marry Clay Edison who had been the second runner up on a show called Soul Seeker. Ever since she had seen him on TV she developed a strong devotion for him and eventually it became her dream to marry him, but when her parents are killed in a tragic car accident she loses faith in everything including her dream. Just when she believes that there is no more hope to live for, her dream takes place leaving her breathless, learning that dreams do happen, if you believe in them and never lose your faith in God.
