They say time heals all wounds. Shamonica Peterson is about to find out the hard way whether or not "they" are right. The love of her life has just informed her that he is expecting a child with another woman and that they plan to get married. To make matters worse, the wedding is only days away. Shamonica must deal with this heavy blow to her ego and her heart while, in the meantime, preparing for a major presentation at work. She frantically struggles to salvage her job, her sanity, and her dignity. After seven days of mourning, Shamonica decides enough is enough.
