My Mariana is a romance novel about a teen-age boy named Joseph who undergoes many dramatic changes as he grows up. After facing many near-death experiences, but being miraculously saved, Joseph wonders why his life is being spared. He finds the person responsible for saving his life so many times, and soon realizes something's wrong when nobody else can see her, and she somehow manages to disappear with no explanation. Joseph learns why the girl has been rescuing him, and that God's plan for his life is much bigger than he thinks he can handle. Not only that, but he planned on going in a much different direction. After nearly everything in Joseph's life begins to fall apart, he decides that he has no other choice than to do what God wants for him. My Mariana is a touching story of finding out your true purpose in life and fighting all obstacles to get there. As Joseph grows up, he finds out who his true friends are, and what God wants for him. Hopefully readers will figure this out as well as they follow Joseph on his journey to adulthood.
