Coupling the physical and the mental aspects of life will assist others in becoming the best they can be. This book is about training people to get the best out of their lives. Most importantly this book is designed to teach success skills that people can use for the rest of their lives and share with others. How will the people you care about learn these skills? By chance? In the back yard? If you don't teach them, who will? People have to be trained how to use these skills or they will never be able to use them. People cannot apply what they do not understand.
