On the outskirts of Zempoala, Mexico, Jeff Brooks sits in a van filled with stolen cash from a Kansas City bank robbery. Cory Blake, now dead, was the mastermind behind it all and now he visits Jeff in his nightmares turning him into Jeff (Babbling) Brooks. The money completely destroyed the lives of their friends and family. With this money Jeff hopes to start over, but life can not end happily ever after. A family member will privately seek sadistic revenge and Jeff will be forced to confront his past with Cory Blake in order to finally find the peace that money could not bring.
