The author is nothing more than a concerned citizen of the United States who wishes to help people understand the challenges and pitfalls that we are all facing today in these tough economic times. He was employed for over thirty-two years in the same industry and now has become one of the thousands of unemployed Americans; he felt the need to look for answers.

While raising five children, he has experienced the challenges that most people will face today in our world. The most important challenges that need to be addressed are greed and the lack of education in this country; these are problems that are growing rapidly with no viable solutions being mounted by our government. The author discusses effective methods for overcoming these obstacles and how we can move ahead in the future.

It is John's mission to help his fellow Americans understand what needs to be done to repair the problems that exist in the United States today.
