To Be an Agnostic
An Agnostic Approach to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

The World - Somewhere between the extremes of arrogant dogmatism, the truth regarding timeless questions is found. Science has not disproved God nor would any evidence of intelligent design prove any specific religion over another. Agnosticism is a dedication to the obtainment of knowledge and wisdom. Author James Kirk Wall, an agnostic himself, takes us on an unbiased quest for truth in his book, To Be an Agnostic.
To Be an Agnostic takes us on a journey of intellectual exploration, using both ancient and modern philosophers to explain the greater meaning of life. The book contains:
· Defining agnosticism through Thomas Huxley and Socrates
· Building belief on education and argumentation
· The timeless wisdom of Know Thyself
· Exploring five popular life after death beliefs
· How to live a good life and die a good death
· The wisdom of the Founding Fathers
· How everything that is good can be lost in one generation

"Ultimately, this book promotes simplicity as the essence of truth," says author James Wall. "Morality and ethics are regarded above all else. We must know what is good, promote what is good, and defend what is good."

To Be an Agnosticincludes insight and words of wisdom from great philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle and Socrates, Eastern philosophers Confucius and Lao Tzu, America's Founding Fathers, world leaders, military commanders, religious figures, activists, celebrities, heroes and well-known agnostic thinkers such as Thomas Huxley, Charles Darwin and Albert Einstein. Readers, whether religious or not, will enjoy the opportunity to expand their horizons and increase their awareness and scrutiny of biased statements and claims.
