Egret, Yuri and Keo Precia. Three brothers from a small town called Kitridge are reluctantly drawn into a job escorting a young boy to Lyoness. Wanting to find his sister, Fulton leads them to her former house where strange occurrences have been taking place. Upon further investigation, the brothers find more than they are able to deal with, when they discover a Necromancer once occupied the house. Seeking the Necromancer out, Yuri discovers that an old wizard's spell books had been lost when the tower of Crystalmyr fell. Promising to teach him, the Necromancer convinces Yuri to kill his brothers. Little did the Necromancer expect, was for Yuri to betray then murder him before leaving his brothers for a life of magic. Eventually taking up residence in Crystalmyr, Yuri found pleasure in terrorizing the continent in an attempt to gain control of it and the realm.
