The author designed in this book a Stimulus Education Plan that can jolt the education into a shape. This could be named: "OBAMA STIMULUS EDUCATION PLAN" (OSEP) If eventually adopted. The plan will create jobs and thousands of students will become successful in all academic areas. The stimulus is a network of tutoring to assist students. It is recommended here as plot plan with the hope that this would be tested in Kenya, USA, Cameroon France, Germany, England, Russia, Indonesia, India, Argentina, Brazil, Israel, China, Japan, South Africa . . .
