Inside and Outside the prison of my mind is about the unique feelings and emotions from a day to day basis from dealing with depression, Sexual assault, Society in the modern world and finally the hope and love and inner strength to overcome it all and find the light at the end of a dark tunnel to move on. I wrote this book of poetry over many years and collected here for the 1st time. I hope you enjoy the poems and if you find hope, strength or support through them then that is more than I could have hoped for
