It is a tale that mirrors fiction, borders on reality, and is life like in one's imagination. It bears resemblance to one's self; mimics our friends and acquaintances, yet defies truth. Adelphi is a plantation village found off the Atlantic Ocean on the northern edge of the British colony of South America. It is in this little village that the Wolfe's family gained most of their life experiences; acquiring the resilience needed to meet the demands of their travel along life's road.
