What God has 'cooked-up' for us not only will sustain us, but will also heal the wounds and scars left behind of our past. Amazing are the benefits when we eat right. This book is designed to allow us to absorb the goodness of God's provision through correct eating-not of natural foods, but of spiritual (..".man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God").
