The purpose of the 120 days within this book is to act as a guide to the intimate life. And this intimate life is all about finding joy and satisfaction in each choice we make. Each of these days is focused on a topic of internal growth whose goal is to bring more good, more pleasure, more realization of the richer qualities we all have available to us. Calming the waters of life is all about finding the areas of our inner soul activity that need new and more enriching thoughts, words and deeds to produce a greater sense of happiness. That elusive term of happiness is of course an individual concept and varies with each one of us. How well we succeed is our own individual challenge and opportunity.
