Life is a series of processes; a refinement of challenges, struggles, achievements, realizations and confessions. Being human, we are bestowed with the gift of feeling. Only we can choose how to face life's periodic anguish and what we can learn from it or give up to it. We spend millions of dollars each year nourishing our bodies, grooming our appearance and keeping fit. People educate their mind, challenge its capacity, and hope to attain wisdom, but the emotions we carry inhabit every cell of our body. Poetry for the Soul offers a unique format of poetry, dividing the book by an emotion or state of being. Each section offers insight and poems to illuminate the soul. It is my hope that you can identify, relate, and perhaps find comfort in knowing you are never alone.
