Charter captain Danny Coben and his mate, Birgit, a young lady from Holland, succumb to the lure of easy money, deciding to use their yacht to smuggle marijuana, cocaine, and Ecstasy from the Bahamas into South Florida in the early seventies. They soon discover that trusting in their friends will take them on a perilous journey which will lead them from Miami to New York, Toronto, and Amsterdam, before ending with a surprising twist in the old port city of Palma de Mallorca in Spain.
