Welcome to the Garagegourmets cookbook.

It all started in my garage in Michigan, where I would, chop, dice, and grill.

Im not a gourmet chef by any means, just your average schmo, that loves fry, cook, bake and OHHH YA, grill, on the pit or open fire.

I have been playing around with food for years and came up with some pritty awsome dishes, I see cooking as, just an experiment in process, if it didn't work the first time, well lets try it this way.

That's what most of my recipes are, perfection from experimentation, its not rocket science.
