I remember when we first joined St. Paul?s? Lutheran Church in Pine Island. The question was asked to each new prospective member; why were you born? To me, the answer was obvious; I was born to fix things. That?s pretty much what I have spent my life doing and in the process, funny things happen from time to time. That?s what this book is, a collection of humorous stories that happened to me over the course of my career and also a number of my early columns that I have written for the Zumbrota News-Record.
