Bailing out some of the most notorious drug dealers in the city he befriends the wife of a kingpin looking at life behind bars. After a brutal divorce he sees what it's like to be on the other end of a woman scorn. Using all of her connections Kelly's intentions are to ruin his empire while hooking up with a corrupt judge and prosecutor.
