Joe Barker, big-rig trucker, former marine and nice guy has one more delivery before heading home. Unaware of the danger hidden in his load of lettuce Joe offers a ride to a young runaway. But Annie Deville is no ordinary hitchhiker. Despite her appearance she is highly educated, skilled in martial arts and an heiress to a winery fortune. When they stop for dinner they are hijacked by hooded terrorists with plans to blow up hundreds of educators at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Held captive in a crime infested LA motel Annie comes face to face with the man from Cairo. With four days to thwart the hijacker's plan they must appear to cooperate if they are to survive and save the lives of hundreds of people. If she lives will Annie be able to return to the man she loves after 4 days in the hands of terrorists?
