Fix-it Wizard: and the Masked Bandit
Roy Bush
Zack Newton lives during the interesting times of the 1930?s. He hangs out with up-beat neighborhood friends and wards off the threats from an older boy. Does Zack?s luck change after he finds a four-leaf clover key ring? It would seem so. On that day mysterious events begin to happen and Zack scrambles to cope with them. But in time, he sees the wisdom of just doing the right thing for good reasons. A near-genius hobo comes to the family?s back door for a hand-out. He stays on to build up a successful electronic repair shop in their garage. This sets off a chain of high-interest events and Zack learns the fix-it trade from him. A neighbor?s brother dies after being attacked by a bandit. After some cliff-hanging events, Zack and his friends bring the mysterious outlaw to justice.
